ALS Ponies Ltd is owned and ran by Amy Sallabank a 0 goal mixed and ladies 2 goal polo player.  Amy started riding not long after she could walk, growing up taking part in all pony club activities, hunting and show jumping before taking the leap to polo in her early twenties.  She gained her skills producing polo ponies working for a variety of different professional polo players in South Africa, New Zealand and the UK, which allowed her to take away the parts of each training programme and way of producing ponies and implement them in her own training programme.  Her greatest passion is retraining of racehorses for polo, and she has also spent time working in racing as a work rider and completing her work riding qualification at the National Racing College, which has allowed her to get a greater understanding of the transition from racing to polo for horses off the track.
